We are a Spirit-led, Bible-centered church plant in Bartow, Florida, passionate about helping people experience the fullness of God. At Fullness Church, our heart is to create a place where everyone—unchurched or dechurched—can encounter God, be fully known in community, and discover their purpose in Jesus.

Our Staff
Pastor Nathan Waters
Nathan serves as the founding pastor of Fullness Church in Bartow, Florida. Following the Spirit’s leading, he guides the church alongside his wife, Hannah, and their four children, with a focus on biblical preaching, teaching, and building strong community.
Hannah Waters – Womens Ministry Leader
Hannah serves alongside her husband, Nathan, in the planting of Fullness Church. Together they have four children and are passionate about building a Christ-centered home and church family. Hannah helps in many areas of the church plant, but her greatest passion is encouraging and discipling women through biblical fellowship, hospitality, and the Word of God.
Jeremy Boggs – Leadership Team Member
Jeremy is passionate about helping people become true students of the Word and growing deeper in their understanding of Scripture. He loves teaching the Word of God and sharing the hope and truth found in Jesus. Jeremy is a proud husband to his wife, Anna, and a grateful girl dad to Lilliana and Emagene. Outside of ministry, he enjoys spending time with his family, taking trips to Disney World, and spending time at the shooting range. Above all else, his greatest passion is loving and following Jesus.
Maxwell McClure – Finance Team Leader
Maxwell serves as our Finance Team Leader and is a key part of our behind the scenes work. He and his wife, Anelyse, are passionate about serving Christ through the local church. Known for his hard work and dedication, Maxwell is also preparing for future ministry opportunities while helping steward the church’s financial resources.
